Luis Parra has spent more than 18 years turning ideas into interactive experiences and video games that connect people through technology. As Co-Founder and CEO of Press Start Evolution, he leads the company's vision in video games, AI, XR, Augmented Reality, and Mixed Reality, helping global brands create innovative products for marketing, education, and entertainment. Holding an MFA in Game Design from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco, California, Luis has represented the company as a speaker at international conferences and, in 2026, was recognized as an Outstanding Colombian Abroad for his contributions to technology, entrepreneurship, and the global promotion of Colombian talent.

Johanna Merchán leads Press StARt Evolution's administrative, financial, and international expansion strategy. With experience across Colombia, Australia, and Uruguay, she drives the company's growth through strategic partnerships and international business development. She has represented the company as an international speaker at technology and innovation events and, in 2026, was recognized as an Outstanding Colombian Abroad and selected among the Top 20 of UpGreyedHer. Johanna holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and International Relations and a Master's degree in Government and Public Policy from Universidad Externado de Colombia.
